ISER is home to the ESRC Research Centre on Micro-social Change and the Microsimulation Unit, which hosts the EUROMOD project. It is also responsible for the design and management of the UK Household Longitudinal Study known as Understanding Society and its predecessor, the British Household Panel Survey.
